Block bookings have been made at Hotel Grand Chancellor and Sudima. Rates have been negotiated equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast.
Hotel Grand Chancellor opened in 2024 and is a 4-star hotel located opposite NZICC. The hotel offers 24-hour reception and room service, Forester Bar and Grill for breakfast and dinner or Nine Café in the lobby for coffee and light snacks. A spacious fitness centre on level 11 with views of the city and self-parking available at St Matthews in the city carpark. Rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, iron & board, a hairdryer and air conditioning.

Sudima Auckland City is a 4.5-star hotel located opposite the NZICC. The hotel offers 24-hour reception and room service, a sunset rooftop bar, a lobby bar along with East restaurant.
