Payment is by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided). Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon completion of the registration form and payment.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person.
Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details:

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full symposium fee less an administration charge of $100) will be made, providing notification is received by 8 February 202. After that date, no refunds will be made.
If the Symposium is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
