Jo Hikaka

Jo Hikaka is a clinical pharmacist for Waitemata DHB with a background in general medicine and health for the older adult. In 2011 she worked in the community aged residential care setting where she provided individualised pharmaceutical care plans, and medicines education and information to care facilities. Within the ARCHUS project she performed medicine reviews within the MDT setting. She is currently on maternity leave and will return to work at the end of the year.
