Please note the total attendance and number of day registrations available at the 2012 Symposium is limited. We recommend you register early to avoid disappointment.

How to Register
Please register via the online form.

Payment by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided).

American Express, Diners, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Registrations will be accepted by facsimile for those paying by credit card. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your forms and fees.

Accommodation
Bookings for accommodation can be made via the website at the time of registration. Bookings should be made no later than 17 February 2012.

After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. In order to secure your reservation, we require payment of one night's room rate by cheque, bank draft or alternatively you may supply your credit card details.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full Symposium fee less an administration charge of NZ$100.00) will be made, providing notification is received by 23 February 2012. After that date no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

At the Symposium
Your Symposium registration pack will be available for collection from the Registration Desk located in the pre-function area of the The Langham, Auckland. The desk will be open at the following times:

Friday 23 March

3.00pm - 5.00pm

Saturday 24 March

7.00am - 6.00pm

Sunday 25 March

7.30am  - 4.30pm
