A block booking has been made at the Symposium venue, The Langham, Auckland and the Quadrant Hotel. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast.

Making a Reservation

Bookings should be made on the registration form by Tuesday 24 February 2009. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment of one night's room rate by cheque is required, or you may supply your credit card details to guarantee the booking.

Changing your Reservation

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the venue direct.

Cancelling your Reservation

If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 21 February 2010 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

Early Access

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Symposium venue

The rooms are spacious and feature a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and broadband access. The Langham has 3 restaurants: SBF Buffet open 24hrs, SPE Sports Bar for casual dining, Northern Italian restaurant Barolo (bookings essential). The Winery Bar serves express breakfast and afternoon tea. Guests have complimentary use of the outdoor heated pool, spa, sauna, gym and a ½ hourly shuttle service to Downtown.

Bianco off Queen  
5 minutes walk to Symposium Venue

Bianco off Queen is an alternative option to a traditional hotel or motel accommodation in Central Auckland, offering guests the freedom of a spacious apartment for a similar price to a standard hotel room.  All of Bianco off Queen’s spacious studio apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, washing machines & dryers and large balconies.  Limited onsite car parking is available at a cost of NZ$15 per day.  Located within a short walk of numerous cafes and restaurants, several of which have charge back arrangements with the Bianco off Queen.  Wired Broadband Internet connections are provided in all rooms at a cost of NZ$5 for 60 minutes and NZ$15 for 24 hours. 
Guests have free access to Gymnasium and Swimming Pool facilities located on Queen Street.

Quest on Mount studios and apartments are designed with a European flavour and offer views of the city. All apartments have fully equipped laundry and kitchen facilities and there is a café at street level. Wireless broadband access is available in the Lounge. Parking is available at a cost of NZ$15 per day.
